According to the announced data, Beşiktaş, Sarıyer, and Kadıköy emerged as areas where the average selling price per square meter reached the highest value, as the average price per square meter of apartments in Beşiktaş became 50 thousand and 838 Turkish liras, and thus the average price of the apartment reached 7 million and 778 thousand and 214 Turkish liras.

While the average price per square meter for apartments in Sarıyer, which ranks second after Beşiktaş, was 49,018 Turkish liras, bringing the average apartment price to 7 million 401 thousand, and 718 Turkish liras.
