Description

Our project is located in the Mahmutbey area, under the jurisdiction of Bağcılar Municipality, in the European part of Istanbul.

The Bağcılar area is distinguished by its strategic location on the E80 highway, one of Istanbul’s main roads, stretching from Esenyurt to the capital Ankara. Moreover, it serves as the main passage to the street connected to the Basın Express, a prime investment area in European Istanbul, witnessing increasing activity in recent times.

The area benefits from an advanced transportation network, facilitating easy and fast movement via metro, tram, public buses, and private transportation minibusses.

Bağcılar is considered one of the main industrial and commercial zones in Istanbul, hosting various industries such as textiles, spinning, and metalworking, along with business and trade centers. Among the prominent centers in the area is İstoç, a massive commercial city housing numerous commercial and industrial centers.

Our project consists of six buildings, covering a total area of 25,000 square meters. The first five buildings comprise 19 floors each for residential purposes, while the sixth building serves as a hotel.

The project includes 653 residential apartments with different designs and layouts (1 + 1, 2 + 1, 3 + 1), along with 36 commercial units.
